Born and raised in Ozark, Missouri, Jennifer found the love of Occupational Therapy while completing the Certified Nursing Assistant program at Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) during her senior year in High School. She then went on to earn her Associate of Science with emphasis in Occupational Therapy from OTC and graduated in 2003 with Board Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association. She has been practicing in pediatric therapy since 2003 with experience in Pediatric fields of First Steps Early Intervention, School Based, Home Health, Clinic Based, and Hippotherapy.

Jennifer began volunteering as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2011 at Dynamic Strides Riding after receiving her Level 1 certification from the American Hippotherapy Association. Seeing firsthand what gains a child could make in multiple aspects through the use of a horse as a therapy tool led Jennifer to start working at Dynamic Strides in 2018 part time and is now a full-time occupational therapy provider with the Dynamic Strides Therapy team.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, being on the lake, crafting, spending time with friends and extended family, and adventures in scouting.
