Morgan started at DST in January 2022 and is thrilled for the opportunity to provide patients access to a variety of beneficial treatments including aquatic and hippotherapy. Morgan grew up in Collierville, TN (a small town outside of Memphis, TN) and attended the University of Missouri for both her undergraduate and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. After receiving her degrees, Morgan got married and moved to Springfield, MO. Morgan will be the first to tell you how much she loves the Ozarks! She enjoys finding all the best places to eat and be outdoors.

During her time at Mizzou, Morgan was heavily involved in a program called Adaptive Gymnastics.  This student lead program allowed local children with physical opportunities to participate in gymnastics exercises and experience with typical gymnastics equipment. After volunteering with Adapted Gymnastics for 4 years, Morgan was offered a Director position and helped educate and coordinate volunteers for 3 more years. In between gymnastics sessions, Morgan spent her time teaching swim lessons, interning in the school setting, and expanding her interest in pediatric therapy.

Morgan has been a pediatric physical therapist since 2020. She lives in southeast Springfield with her husband and two dogs, Callie and Pippa. During her free time she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and taking fun weekend trips. When it’s cold outside you can find her reading and baking at home!

Morgan is excited for the opportunity to provide an increased range of services at DST so that she can more fully service her patients and maximize their abilities and potential!

One last fun fact about Morgan: once she changes her last name, she will be our very own “Dr. Doolittle”
