Shianne graduated with her Master of Science in Agriculture in December 2021 from Missouri State University. While at MSU, she worked as an equine caretaker and taught lessons from beginner riding to advanced Western stock seat. She is also an accomplished horsewoman, placing in the top 10 at the 2019 Intercollegiate Horse Show Association National Show and the top 5 at the 2021 Collegiate National American Stock Horse Association Show. She was on the champion team at the 2019 National Cutting Horse Association Collegiate Judging Contest. She also has 6 years of experience working at Healing Horses Therapeutic Riding Center assisting with lessons and training of horses for their program.

In her first summer at Dynamic Strides, Shianne organized and lead our Carrot Club horse camps to raise money for our hippotherapy program and teach young riders equine skills. She made the camp very informative while creating a fun environment for all the kids involved and making amazing memories. She is such a great addition to our team, and we can’t wait to see what else she will do in the future!
