With a passion for helping others and an energetic, kid-at-heart personality, Dave knew his career path would someday take him to working with children. He began his journey in Occupational Therapy at OTC, where he earned his OTA degree and worked as a COTA at a local hospital. All that energy came in handy as he decided to continue his education while working full-time and raising a family, and Dave completed his MSOT at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. His clinical work shifted from acute inpatient care to pediatric outpatient therapy. He was introduced to aquatic therapy and quickly grew to love the advantages it provided. Dave’s commitment to his patients and their families is evident in his compassion and enthusiasm for their care. He celebrates the little victories, knowing that sometimes the little things are actually big things.
Dave and his wife, Amy, are the parents of 5 children. Their family enjoys board games and lip-sync battles, supporting their kids’ varied activities, and spending time with their large extended family. Dave is an avid runner and is always up for a new challenge!
